Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item ordered. Larger equipment may take longer. Delivery windows are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays can occur.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can follow its progress on our Track Order page using the tracking number from your shipping email.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
